Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the customer (“Buyer”) and the hotel (“Seller”) through electronic means, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

By completing an online reservation and making payment via the Seller’s website, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The subject of this Agreement is the sale of accommodation services provided by the Seller, including room reservation, pricing, dates of stay, and related services.

The Buyer acknowledges that all reservation details, prices, cancellation policies, and payment terms are clearly stated before completing the purchase. Payments are processed securely, and confirmation is provided electronically. Cancellation and refund conditions apply as stated in the reservation details and applicable law.

The Seller is responsible for providing the accommodation service as agreed. The Buyer has the right to request information regarding the service and to exercise consumer rights within the scope of distance sales regulations.
